  • Order Cut-off Time: Wanmai29 Store will prepare and dispatch orders within 1 business day after payment confirmation (e.g., orders placed on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday).
  • Business Days: Shipping is available Monday – Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Thailand)

We use leading logistics providers to ensure nationwide coverage across Thailand:

  • Carriers: Flash Express, Kerry Express, and Thailand Post (EMS)
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Bangkok and surrounding areas: 1–2 business days (after handover to the carrier)
    • Other provinces: 2–3 business days (after handover to the carrier)
    • Remote areas / islands: 3–5 business days (depending on the carrier’s service coverage)

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on local conditions and the carrier’s operations.

3. International Shipping

Wanmai29 Store offers international shipping so you can enjoy quality products from Thailand anywhere in the world:

  • Carriers: Thailand Post (International EMS) or leading international couriers (e.g., DHL/FedEx, as agreed)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 7–21 business days (depending on the destination country)
  • Duties and Fees: The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, Wanmai29 Store will provide a Tracking Number via the order link or email (sent through Shopify), allowing you to monitor the delivery status independently.

5. Recommendations for Liquid and Food Products

  • Liquid Products (e.g., shampoo): Items are securely sealed and cushioned to prevent leakage during transit.
  • Food Products (e.g., dried fruits): Items are packed in sealed, standard-compliant packaging. If you receive a package that is heavily damaged or the packaging is torn, please take photos and videos immediately as evidence for claims under the return policy.
