Refund policy

To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction when shopping with Wanmai29 Store, if you find that a product has defects caused by the company, you may request an exchange or return in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

  • Product Condition: The product must be in 100% perfect condition, in its original packaging, and unused.

  • Non-returnable Cases: The company reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns due to personal dissatisfaction (e.g., change of mind or dislike of taste).

  • Product Exchange: The company will only replace the product with the same item (same SKU) as originally ordered.

2. Procedure for Reporting Product Issues

If the product is damaged or defective due to the company or shipping process, please follow these steps:

  • Take Photos/Videos: Clearly capture images or videos showing the defect or damage.

  • Provide Details: Include your Order Number, full name, and contact phone number.

  • Review Process: Our staff will contact you to confirm the evaluation and arrange an exchange or refund as appropriate.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Defective Products (Production/Shipping Issues): The company will be responsible for shipping costs related to the exchange (subject to case-by-case consideration).

  • Other Cases: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to Wanmai29 Store.

4. Refund Policy

In the event of an approved refund, the company will process the refund within 7–14 business days from the date the returned product is received and inspected. Conditions are as follows:

  • Refund Method: The refund method will be determined at the discretion of the store.
